Sowing Seeds for Success

Specialising in parties for 3 - 6 year old children, Mervyn can conduct a musical party, adding his own fun twists to well known party games as well as bringing his own much loved songs and rhymes.

He can structure a 75 minute musical session around a theme of your choice, which includes an activity for the children as they arrive.

Whether it be a trip to the jungle, a rocket to the moon or a visit to the hairdressers, the sessions will include lots of musical instruments, dancing and fun!

Cost £100.

Price includes 75 minutes of music making, party invitations and a musical gift for the birthday girl or boy.

Please note Mervyn is unavailable on Sundays, but welcomes party bookings for Saturdays or after school.

In July 2008, in conjunction with St Matthews Pre-School and funded by Youth Music we held our first exciting, interactive concerts for young children with the Exeter Symphony Orchestra. Featuring songs from the Flower Pot Rock Cd, the concert was a audial visual feast. The children were introduced to the different instruments of the orchestra and able to walk around the orchestra as the musicians played. A giant snail, venus fly trap, dance group and pantomime horse were among the theatrical displays!

Other exciting musical events for young children will be planned in the future. Watch this space!
